Muazzam Nasir Dar

Muazzam is currently an advocate practising before the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh and the district courts. Previously, he worked as an associate in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai. He graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur as a two-time university gold medalist. Throughout his journey, Muazzam has been noted for his exceptionally strong research & writing skills, with pieces published in the Leaflet, the Indian Constitutional Law and Philosophy Blog, the Oxford Human Rights Hub, and the CAM Blog. Having held multiple assistantships, Muazzam contributed critical research towards papers published in the Asia Pacific Law Review, the International Academy of Comparative Law's General Report and more. Apart from his practice, Muazzam is interested in technology, finance, history, poetry, and football.
